Ski descent from Lagazuoi
Description
The Lagazuoi - Armentarola slope is one of the most spectacular descents in the Dolomites, offering a truly unique experience immersed in an extraordinary landscape. Starting from the summit of Lagazuoi, at over 2,700 meters in altitude, the slope winds down through a breathtaking panoramic route, surrounded by towering Dolomite rock walls, majestic spires, and vast snow-covered expanses.
The descent, smooth and scenic, takes skiers through the stunning Forcella Lagazuoi, skirting the impressive walls of the Conturines and Settsass. Along the way, spectacular frozen waterfalls decorate the rocky cliffs, adding to the magic of the scenery.
The route ends at the entrance of the Val Badia, near Armentarola, where skiers can enjoy a truly unique experience: the famous horse-drawn tow, which effortlessly takes them to the Dolomiti Superski lifts to continue their skiing adventure. A descent that combines sport, nature, and postcard-perfect views in the heart of the UNESCO-listed Dolomites.
